The acceptance criteria

  1. Hook in 1–3s · captions word-by-word timed · intentional open + close
  2. Brand-locked (one color/type/caption system per client) · deterministic finishing (logo/CTA/phone by edit, never AI-rendered)
  3. Sound restraint · 2026 inversion: over-polished reads cheap, intentional craft reads premium
  4. The tier: premium motion design — if it looks like a stock promo template, it fails.
